members area... enter an email address you would like
to use to subscribe to the available lists, click
join, then check that email account for 10

different email addresses to subscribe to different
groups and have full control over how many lists you
want to join and can also unsubscribe from any lists
you wish at anytime. When you send your email ads
using our web based mailer they will go out
to all subscribed groups daily 1 time per 24 hours no matter how many different email addresses you use
to subscribe and we have feature that will auto send

I have to validate my email account when joining the
groups? |

Yes, this is what keeps the yahoo! groups as a double
opt-in, once you join you will receive a message from
the groups owners, you will simply need to reply to
that email to confirm your account. You will only need
to reply to 10 validations each time. Any system that
does not have you validate your email is not a double
opt-in mailing system and either they are sending spam
or not sending your messages to any email addresses at
all and are a total scam. |

You also will NOT be joining all lists at one time, as
that is against Yahoo's rules, they allow you to only

the groups, it is automatically set to single
emails... you can then go to each group and change any
settings you wish depending on what the specific group
allows. Since you are joining only 10 groups per
day... this only takes a few minutes. |

Is
this a one time fee? |
|
A. |
As
stated on the order links this is a $19.95 monthly
subscription or a one time fee of $99.99, you have full control to unsubscribe and cancel
anytime you wish. It is your responsibility to
cancel your own subscriptions before any billing date
and or notify us if you ordered via credit card within
48 hours of your next billing and we will take care of
canceling out your account. At times we may have
special pricing offers for a one time fee for lifetime
access.

What
is the Cancellation Policy of your Submitter? |

Paid
Members may cancel their membership subscription at anytime, we will then
de-approve your paid membership. You may keep any bonus accounts that
we have provided with the system for future use and
your reseller account.
There are no refunds if you
are charged the membership fee and cancel during the
same month for any other reason that our service has
been down for 5 or more days without resolution.
If we
receive notification of payment cancellation or
payment failure we will
move your account to pending status for at least 7 full days
from the cancellation and keep any and all text ads
running, but if you attempt to login to the members
area you will receive notification you need to make a
payment to have your account re-activated. If you want to continue
we will re-approve the account and you will have full
access back in the paid members area and your account
and lists will be as you left them and your mailings
will begin going out again. If we do not hear from you
within 7 days from cancellation we may delete your
membership assuming you no longer want to continue
with your paid membership and you would have to signup
again from the join now link if you wanted to continue
in the future.
If you
cancel as as paid member your Resellers account and
all monies owing stays intact and is not effected by canceling
your paid account.

Do
you have a 30 day money back guarantee? |

Yes but
only our whole service has been down for 5 or more
days without resolution due to any circumstance. We do
not expect anything like that to ever happen, and if
it did we would be back, but if such a circumstance
every happens in the future and we can not resolve the
problem within 5 days then you may request a
full refund on any payment made within the last 30
days. |
